A speech therapist brought in by the BT Sport team to aid their commentators with pronouncing difficult and extravagant players names has sensationally quit. It has emerged that Susan Clifford, 47 originally from Surrey, was drafted in to help as some of their pundits could barely be understood by their English viewers south of the border.

Upon taking up the role one of her biggest challenges was trying to correct ex-Rangers star, Ally McCoist's, pronunciation of the Gers hit-man Alfredo Morelos.

However, just 10 months into the job she has left her role. Commenting to Repeat The Record Mrs Clifford had this to say:

"I mean SERIOUSLY! It's just 3 syllables, that's all. Nothing complicated, MO-RE-LOS! I'm at the end of my tether with him! Just yesterday he came in to record some post-match dialogue and I heard him come out with 3 brand new methods at saying the name, how is that even possible!!"

Ally McCoist when asked about the Rangers top striker and his future at the club said, "Well as you know Marelos will definitely have turned a few heads south of the border, so naturally there will be talks about bids and transfers. However, I think it is in his best interest to keep the head down and focus on improving his discipline, removing the red cards from his game. He's always going to be in about the goals, that's why we love Alfredrick."
